Mine is not your every day dental needs story. I wore an upper partial denture for more than 20 years—and it was not in great shape. Over the past 12 months, my lower teeth began to fail—old crowns came off and my natural teeth were loose due to periodontal issues. I had not seen a dentist for over three years because I honestly felt I spent most of my life in a dental chair for cavities, root canals, bridges, etc. etc., and each time something was done, things just seemed to get worse. Now, facing the real possibility of a full mouth of dentures, I was terrified! I thought for sure in addition to facing many months of pain, I’d have to “settle” for a less than optimum solution that would mean a limit to what I’d be able to eat in the future—how I’d be able to speak, smile, laugh—and resigning myself to a life of gooey dental paste. Wrong! When I saw Dr. Isakov, he did not judge me. He simply sat and talked about what he believed would be our best course of action—both for my heath and well being, as well as for my wallet. I ended up having the lower teeth pulled –and this was done with my feeling NO PAIN and virtually no swelling post op. He is a gentle dentist and the process was quick and efficient. He put me at ease, and the dental assistant was also caring and phenomenal. Next we waited for the area to heal and Dr. Isakov contacted a good friend and highly regarded oral surgeon to discuss my case. Both these men worked together to provide me with dental implants that would support a full upper and a full lower arch. Amazing! One day for the minor surgery—virtually painless—and I walked out with fixed temporary teeth while I fully heal. Post surgery proved painless too. Very little discomfort, very little swelling. Now it’s a matter of waiting for the implants to fully heal and integrate and then we will tweak the temporary teeth before putting in the permanent ones. Since the surgery, we now find ourselves dealing with the Coronavirus and the need to social distance, so I won’t be going to any in-person appointments for awhile, but Dr. Isakov is always available to me by email, text, and phone so if needed, I can reach him anytime. So far, so good as I get close to hitting my three-month mark since the surgery. Only a few more months to go before I can check progress to see if I’m ready for my permanent teeth—pretty exciting! I’ll update this post when all is complete and at that time I’ll provide a picture of the final product. I am so grateful to Dr. Isakov. Run to his office if you need to address dental issues of any kind. You won’t be disappointed!
Awesome experience! Who would have known going to the dentist was a blast! Dr. Isakov was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He has a great sense of humor and dedicated staff. Came in swollen and in crazy pain. Dr. Isakov accommodated me as an emergency that same day. The man is amazing. Truly caring and compassionate. Did an extraction for me and was so gentle. The office is immaculate. The staff are all friendly and easy to speak to. I truly found my forever dentist. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest and intelligent practitioner that cares about YOU!
Most honest dentist I've been to. Whole staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Unfortunately my insurance doesn't cover much but when I have the money I plan on going back to him.
Professional! Calming. Listens to what you need to be comfortable while he works on you. Easy going, chill kinda guy. No stuffed shirt. State of the art. Staff is very Friendly. He'll play Anything.....Any-thing YOU want with Pandora.
I had to have an emergency dental procedure and was lucky enough to be referred to Dental Concepts. The staff was welcoming, and professional-Dr. Arthur Isakov performed the procedure the same day, and did a great job explaining everything he was doing and what i needed to do after. I had pleasant encounter with Dr. Isakov, he is not only a great dentist but he is a very caring person that goes above and beyond for his patients. Modern dental technology and very clean office. There was no wait time and the staff is amazing. Definitely will be going back for more dental work.
Dr Isakov is great. It was my first time there and he did a root canal for me right away. He takes time to get to know you and explain everything he is doing before and while he is doing it to you. He goes as far as showing you exactly what he is addressing via a mirror, and listens thoroughly when you express you concerns. I have full trust in this guy and will recommend him to anyone who may need it.
I had an amazing experience last week! I got 4 wisdom teeth removed during my one visit and didn't feel a thing!! He was done within minutes. A week post-op and I am feeling amazing. Zero pain, bruising or swelling! I'm still in shock. Absolutely amazing!!

I don’t normally write reviews and it takes a lot for me to right a good one. However, from the moment I went to make an appointment to every interaction with this business I have been beyond impressed. I feel as if I am part of a family not just a patient. The professionalism, caring, accommodating, educated, considerate, and all around wonderful staff makes this an experience that left me with such a warm feeling. I suggest everyone give them a shot you won’t regret it.
